Impeccably clean and huge rooms with hypoallergenic pillows and beautiful views. Great pool, parking on-site. Pool area available for guests too. The most important - stunning and beautiful location in a nice quiet residential area. Next to the artwork on the walls, the best wineries knowledgable comments as well pick up at restaurants and Franschhoek.

Would happily return, the hotel met required needs. The units are well-equipped with comfy bed. The location is in a perfect and exceptionally nice spot in easy walking distance of town center.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was superb, everything was first-class. I really enjoyed terrific restaurant. I was offered a room with absolutely breathtaking views of the hills. The location in an amazing area was perfect and excellent! And it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Fosho Sushi, ate there couple of times.

Recently married, we chose 21 Roux Street as our accommodation in Franschhoek for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The owners provided exceptional service, sharing their extensive knowledge of local restaurants and wineries. The beautiful decor, spacious rooms, and delicious breakfasts made our stay truly special. The attention to detail, including window shutters for a peaceful sleep and sweet treats for the wine tram, was impressive. We were even provided with a private chauffeur for a memorable winery tour. Best stay ever!

I truly enjoyed staying in this stunningly beautiful place. The room was tasteful and luxury! The breakfast was magnificent with variety of meals to choose from. I was there for the trip and had a fantastic stay, so I would like to come again.

Staying at this guest house was a real treat! The location was just perfect, as it was close to the centre of the town and excellent restaurants. The owners were very attentive and knowledgeable, providing good recommendations for visiting the best wineries. The room was luxurious and offered some great facilities, making it a real value for money. , the breakfasts were served in the common area and were beautifully presented!

My stay at 21 Roux Street was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of by the lovely owners and staff. The attention to detail in the design of the rooms and the entire property was impressive. I especially loved the beautiful garden and pool area. Each morning, I was treated to a breakfast that was like a work of art. Additionally, the owners went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience in Franschhoek. They recommended the best restaurants and even arranged for a private chauffeur, JJ, who provided excellent service and made me feel safe. The private winetour with JJ was a highlight of my trip. this was the best stay I've ever had!

Great hotel with helpful staff and a beautiful pool area. The breakfast was especially good, and the hotel provided free shuttle service to nearby locations which saved us some money. The location was also very convenient as it was close to the business meeting we had to attend.

The Wi-Fi connection in our room was a bit slow, which made it difficult to get work done at times. the room was a bit smaller than we expected and lacked some amenities that we were hoping for, such as a mini-fridge.

The hotel lacked a welcoming atmosphere. The room was not up to par, with dated furniture and poor cleanliness.

Our romantic escape was wonderful! The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, offering great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The room was beautifully designed and made us feel right at home. The location was also great, within walking distance to the town and close to lots of vineyards. One of the best things was the delicious breakfast every morning, served beautifully in the garden.

The inconsistent wifi in our room which hindered our ability to stay connected. However, we didn't mind too much because it allowed us to disconnect and enjoy our time together.
